Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care for patients in acute, swing bed, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings
• Provide treatment in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the rehabilitation gym
• Participate in rounds and care conferences as indicated
• Maintain frequent communication with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team regarding patient progress, equipment needs, and discharge planning
• Float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as operationally needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner and NetHealth systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting
• Familiarity with Cerner and/or NetHealth documentation platforms
• Experience working in a swing bed or rehabilitation-focused environment
