Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs, following AWHONN guidelines
- Manage patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for Labor & Delivery and up to 3:1 for Postpartum patients
- Assist with and monitor procedures including versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
- Utilize Meditech/CPN EMR and Beacon equipment to document and manage patient care
- Collaborate with charge RNs and multidisciplinary staff across night shift operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- EFM-C certification or AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR system
- Postpartum nursing experience highly preferred
- Adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented work style with a professional, drama-free demeanor
