Contract | Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical process technician duties within a surgical services department on evening shift
• Support surgical unit operations in alignment with facility protocols and standards
• Complete required orientation on day shift during the first three weeks of contract to become familiar with the unit
• Complete required assessments during orientation, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in surgical services specialty
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required — no pending renewals accepted
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active, permanent Ohio state license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from assignments worked within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of experience within a single facility preferred
• Prior travel or contract experience in a surgical services setting
