Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or active Compact license valid for Colorado
- Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Three to five years of Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience across a variety of diagnoses
