Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, and deliver emergency nursing care
• May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the scheduled rotation
• Completion of required onboarding modules prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma center or acute care emergency department setting
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
