Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in labor, preterm labor, low-risk antepartum, and triage settings across 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms
• Attend all deliveries including high-risk deliveries; support GYN surgeries, couplet care, and transition nursery as needed
• Perform and manage special procedures including administration of blood/blood products, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps, and medications such as Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate
• Operate and monitor special equipment including wound vac, cooling/warming blankets, and defibrillation/cardioversion devices
• Fulfill circulating, scrub, pre-op, and post-op roles within the OB-GYN surgical environment
• Float to Post-Partum or NICU based on skill set as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; active compact license accepted
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
• Must not be a first-time traveler
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients and couplet care preferred
• Demonstrated ability to float to Post-Partum or NICU settings
