Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in a variety of elective surgical cases including Orthopedic/Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
- Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio within a 23-OR main operating room environment
- Operate and manage OR-specific equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Utilize EMR systems (Meditech/CPN) for accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation with a required 30-minute response time
- Collaborate within a teamwork-focused environment alongside an experienced surgical staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care CST experience in a hospital setting
- Active NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification required
- Active DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies) Certification required
- Ability to meet on-call obligations with a 30-minute response time
- Strong patient care focus and flexibility in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical procedures
- Cardiovascular (CV) surgical scrub experience
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms
