Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a patient population in a clinic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in alignment with outpatient orthopedic standards of care
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and adhere to scheduling and overtime approval protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic assessment and treatment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing high-volume patient caseloads
• Travel therapy experience is a plus, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
