Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
• Float between sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• NICU nursing experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Ability to work night shifts including variable weekends
• Willingness to float between nearby sister facilities as directed
• Completion of two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience charting in Epic
• Experience working in a teaching hospital or high-acuity NICU environment
