Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required (Variable)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support neonatal patient outcomes
• Float between sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• NICU nursing experience with ability to manage varying patient acuity ratios
• Proficiency with Epic EMR charting system
• Willingness to work variable weekend shifts as required
• Ability to float between nearby sister facilities if needed
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma or Level II Pediatric Trauma center workflows
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
