• Richland, WA

• Days shift, 8-hour shifts, outpatient clinical setting

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to adult patients
• Manage a caseload with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week
• See approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Work within the clinic or a neighboring facility as part of a travel team arrangement
• Ensure all therapy sessions are approved by the director and document patient progress accordingly

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work days shifts, Monday through Friday
• Strong organizational and patient management skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Experience working in a travel or float therapist capacity
• Experience with double-booking follow-up visits to maximize clinic efficiency
