Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Manage a caseload averaging 7 visits per day, with flexibility for weekend visits if desired.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation; training provided if needed.
- Complete required documentation and compliance within specified time frames, including lab work and EKG exams.
- Travel within the assigned geographic area covering nearby communities.
Required Qualifications
- One year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to travel within the designated service area.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with EMR systems used in home health settings.
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance procedures for home care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
