Travel MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and department standards
  • Operate MRI equipment safely and ensure proper patient positioning for optimal image quality
  • Screen patients for contraindications and ensure a safe scanning environment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver accurate and timely imaging results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and/or MRI (MR)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Familiarity with a high-volume radiology department environment
