Vascular Tech
Location: Plainview, TX
Schedule / Job Type:
- Days, 4 shifts per week
- 10 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular imaging procedures, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram.
- Assist with adult echocardiogram, contrast echo, and stress treadmill evaluations.
- Operate independently and ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Support various units as needed in a multitasking multispecialty environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid State License in sonography or vascular technology.
- Minimum of 1-year recent clinical experience in vascular imaging, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram procedures.
- Compact license accepted.
- Ability to work day shifts with 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week.
- Willingness to work on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience working in a hospital setting.
- Experience with stress treadmill tests and contrast echocardiography.
- Familiarity with hospital systems and patient safety protocols.
