Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
  • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
  • Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule, 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
