Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours (7p–7a)
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using the facility EMR system
- Participate in required on-call shifts, including 24-hour call shift rotations as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Current Emergency Room clinical experience
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness and availability to take call shifts, including 24-hour call durations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Meditech 6.0 EMR system
