Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call 1–2 days per week and 2 weekend days per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform both scrub and circulator roles during endoscopy and GI procedures
- Provide direct patient care throughout pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases
- Participate in on-call rotation, including 1–2 call days per week
- Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent hospital staff
- Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and scrub color dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy or GI nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to scrub and circulate in an endoscopy setting
- Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend scheduling requirements per facility policy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an endoscopy or surgical environment
- Experience working in a high-volume or trauma-level hospital setting
