Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room environment consisting of 10 ORs
- Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures including orthopedic and trauma cases
- Collaborate with surgical team members including RNs and Surgical Technologists across day shift operations
- Fulfill on-call obligations, including a minimum of 15 or more call days covering CVOR and holidays
- Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and dress code standards as directed by facility leadership
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Completion of PeriOp 101 program
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR or perioperative nursing experience
- Demonstrated orthopedic and trauma surgical experience
- Ability to meet on-call requirements including holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical setting
- Familiarity with a high-volume operating room environment
