Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Manage a patient caseload with established ratios (1:5 on weekdays, 1:3 on weekends)
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation patients
• Complete required orientation and annual learning modules through an online training portal
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and progress

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license – required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation hospital experience
• Minimum of 2 years of overall physical therapy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 2 supervisor references required
• Must comply with a strict nicotine-free facility policy; nicotine drug screening is conducted and a positive result will result in cancellation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus; first-time travelers with 2+ years of PT experience will be considered
• Familiarity with online learning management systems such as Relias or similar platforms
