Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 Holiday Shifts Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessments and provide immediate care to emergency department patients
• Deliver nursing care to patients experiencing accidents, trauma, or acute medical emergencies
• Utilize electronic health record system for patient assessment, care documentation, and medication administration
• Provide care within a Level 1 Trauma Center environment across a large, state-of-the-art emergency department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across specialty areas including behavioral health, fast-track, and private treatment rooms

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Availability to work every other weekend and 2 required holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in high-volume or academic medical center emergency departments
• Strong triage assessment skills in a fast-paced trauma environment
