Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every third weekend required (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterile processing functions within a short-term acute care, Level III Trauma Center environment
• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain compliance with sterile processing standards and infection control protocols
• Accurately document processing activities using Epic charting system
• Work every third weekend as part of the regular schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of travel experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Valid Allied license or certification in hand at time of submission
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule including rotating weekends
• Must meet all compliance documentation requirements prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a surgical services or perioperative setting
• Familiarity with Level III Trauma Center environments and associated instrument processing demands
• Demonstrated ability to float to sister facilities as operationally needed
