Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing support for abdominal transplant services, including liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients across pre-transplant, waitlist, and post-transplant phases
• Perform desk-based coordination and documentation using EMR systems including Meditech, TransChart, and PatientKeeper
• Conduct clinic days as needed, including rooming and assessing patients
• Participate in WebEx meetings as required
• Maintain a caring and compassionate demeanor while addressing complex patient psychosocial needs
• Demonstrate flexibility in patient assignments across the transplant continuum

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to navigate EMR platforms (Meditech, TransChart, and/or PatientKeeper preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Willingness to engage in a primarily desk-based outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Two or more years of transplant nursing experience
• Experience working with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS)
• Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience
