Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including ventilators, balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation as required
• Document patient care accurately using an electronic health record system
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts, with up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period (Friday/Saturday for night shift)

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Must be willing and able to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
