Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
- Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule, including every other holiday and 3 weekends per six-week schedule
- Float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics units based on staffing needs within scope of practice
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain accurate documentation using Epic
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (pending license accepted at time of submission; license must be in-hand by the Wednesday before start date)
- Current BLS certification (copy required at time of submission)
- Current PALS certification (copy required at time of submission)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursys verification required for submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN degree preferred
- Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus
