Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform breathing treatments and respiratory assessments across an acute care inpatient setting
• Conduct ventilator assessments and manage patients on Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators
• Operate within a night shift team structure consisting of one charge therapist and 8–10 clinical RTs
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 10:1 while delivering high-quality respiratory care
• Document patient care and clinical data accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care RRT experience in a hospital setting
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NICU and/or Pediatric respiratory therapy experience
• Level 1 Trauma center experience
• High energy, critical care-focused candidates with a strong commitment to patient outcomes
