Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support in a busy outpatient clinic setting across various departments such as Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB, and Urgent Care.
• Administer patient care, perform nursing duties, and assist with patient flow in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Support multiple clinic locations as needed to ensure seamless patient service delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies during daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN/VN license.
• Prior clinic or outpatient experience.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work 80 hours biweekly without exceptions.
• Flexibility to assist at different clinic locations as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
