Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–18:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography imaging procedures across up to 2 rooms, completing approximately 20 patient visits per day
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Collaborate with radiology and cardiology department staff to ensure efficient patient workflow
- Float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed to support departmental coverage
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
- Valid California state license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
- Mammography certification required
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility or be willing to comply with applicable local rate requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel technologist experience welcome; first-time travelers with relevant experience considered
- Familiarity with floating between sister or affiliate facilities in a healthcare system
