Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Manage a patient assignment within established facility ratios in a 128-bed facility
• Document resident care and clinical information using the PCC electronic medical records system
• Participate in facility-specific orientation pathway upon onboarding
• Rotate weekend coverage on an every-third-weekend schedule
• Rotate holiday coverage on an every-third-holiday schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to manage a high-acuity patient load across all diagnoses
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the PCC electronic medical records platform

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Certification (IV-C) preferred for LPN candidates
• Prior experience working in a high-census skilled nursing environment
