Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments within a Radiation Oncology department
• Operate Truebeam linear accelerator equipment to administer prescribed treatment plans
• Utilize Aria and Identify systems for treatment planning and patient management
• Document patient information and treatment records accurately within the EPIC electronic health record system
• Float within the facility as needed within the scope of the radiation therapist skill set

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent New York State Radiation Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start; temporary license not accepted)
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
• NYS Radiation Technologist in the Practice of Radiotherapy licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Truebeam, Aria, and Identify platforms
