Contract | 10 weeks with possible extension | Night Shift (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical floor during night shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Assist in the Emergency Room as needed when staffing requires additional support
• Float to different units within the facility as required
• Cover additional shifts on an occasional basis as operational needs arise

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri state RN license or valid compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends
• Must provide at least 1 professional reference
• Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for compliance verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Comfort and flexibility with floating to different units as needed
