Imaging X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | Days with an average of 3 days of call per month | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures independently using a variety of equipment types
• Operate DR fixed equipment, DR fluoroscopy equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain proper use of dosimetry badge at all times
• Document and manage imaging records within the facility's EMR system
• Function independently without direct supervision in a clinical imaging environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist
• Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer (must be obtained prior to assignment start date)
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be assigned and maintain a dosimetry badge
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Philips Fluoro equipment
• Experience with Konica DR equipment
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
