Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients within an acute care operating room setting
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care activities using Epic electronic health record system
- Float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as operationally required
- Participate in holiday coverage, with availability to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid California RN license (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Willingness to float between sister facilities as needed
- Ability to comply with travel compliance requirements including submission of SSN, DOB, and RTO at time of submission
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs or Leads)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius or be willing to accept local rate terms if within radius
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Experience in an acute care facility setting
