Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required facility modules and competency assessments prior to and during contract period
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/2023 and forward)
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from assignments within the past 12 months
• No open licensing actions or open background check cases
• Must be available to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18+ months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience within a single facility
• Prior travel nursing experience in a comparable acute care environment
