Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing services in a long-term care facility.
• Manage staff schedules, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Current nursing license (RN) in the state of South Dakota.
• Significant experience in long-term care or nursing management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage staff and operational workflows effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or in a senior nursing leadership role.
• Familiarity with long-term care facility operations and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management within healthcare settings.
