Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• Willingness to complete any facility-specific documentation or onboarding requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with contract travel therapy assignments and associated compliance processes
