Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a primary focus on outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Deliver care across multiple outpatient sites within the supported therapy services network
• Evaluate and treat inpatients including those in the ER, acute care, and patients transitioning home from PACU
• Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Vermont or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including potential weekend and holiday coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pelvic floor physical therapy experience or specialized training
• Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings
