Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including evaluations, consultations, and treatments
- Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility
- Design and implement goal-directed, customized treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance and functional outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience performing patient evaluations and developing individualized care plans
- Strong knowledge of physical rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic interventions
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a multi-site or outpatient clinical setting
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
