Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite | Late stay and on-call may be required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab / EP setting
• Monitor and assess patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including moderate sedation cases
• Demonstrate competency in cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and intervention
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility attendance and compliance policies throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license accepted; must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or relevant RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Must pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test at orientation (one attempt allowed)
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility (local candidates are not eligible)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Two or more years of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP nursing experience
