Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a critical access hospital setting, including acute care and emergency department support
• Manage and troubleshoot CPAP and BiPAP equipment settings, providing virtual or hands-on guidance as needed
• Respond to on-call needs from end of shift (7:00 PM) through the start of the next scheduled shift, including hands-on response in the ER or acute care setting when required
• Float to different units within the facility as directed
• Perform neuro diagnostics functions as assigned within the scope of the role

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri RRT State License (must be in hand or compact-equivalent at time of submission)
• NBRC certification (RRT or CRT) required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a critical access hospital or rural healthcare environment
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities and ability to respond hands-on when needed
• Experience floating across multiple units or care settings
