Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICU patient care in a 24-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2
- Perform advanced procedures including intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan-Ganz catheter placement, Pacers, and Bolts
- Utilize ventilators, Swan-Ganz, Impella devices, and balloon pumps
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Adhere to unit policies, including weekend and on-call expectations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- ICU experience (preferably Level 1 or 2 trauma, CV surgery experience)
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with trauma cases
- Cardiovascular or surgical ICU experience
