Interventional Radiology Technologist

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (4x10, Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM) | No Weekends | No Call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures as part of a daily caseload of 10–15 cases per technologist
- Operate and document within a Radiology Information System (RIS)
- Assist in special procedures within an acute care, Level IV Trauma Center environment
- Maintain compliance with all facility infection control and safety protocols, including seasonal flu vaccination requirements
- Complete required orientation modules prior to assignment start date
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of overall experience; minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology specialty experience required
- Active ARRT certification required
- Active West Virginia state license required at time of assignment start (pending license accepted for submission)
- BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Flu vaccination required during flu season (October 1 – March 31); medical exemption documentation accepted
- Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility (75–100 miles considered on a case-by-case basis)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CT certification preferred
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential preferred
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
