Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within an Interventional Radiology and Vascular setting
- Assist with IR and special procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after interventional procedures
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as required
- Float to other units or areas as needed based on departmental needs
- Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum 3–5 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work rotating on-call and holiday shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in vascular nursing procedures and related special procedures
- Familiarity with IR suite workflows and imaging-guided intervention protocols
