Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Rotating Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation
- Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators including V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, and PB980
- Administer Nitric Oxide therapy and High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Assist with intubation procedures and bronchoscopy support
- Administer nebulizer treatments and utilize Metaneb therapy
- Float to all areas of the hospital as staffing needs require
Required Qualifications
- Current CRT or RRT credential
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- ICU experience required — candidates without ICU experience will not be considered
- Proficiency with EPOC ABG system and AIRVO equipment
- Experience with Meditech EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) experience
- Nitric Oxide management experience
