Registered Nurse, Telemetry / Medical-Surgical
Location: Newberg, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (3x12 Hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:

• Float between units as needed, primarily Medical-Surgical and Telemetry.
• Perform patient assessments, provide medications, and monitor patient status.
• Chart patient information accurately in Epic electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Maintain professional communication during on-call standby requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Valid RN license for the state of Oregon (pending or active).
• Certified in telemetry and medications administration.
• Experience with Epic EMR system.
• Ability to work nights with 12-hour shifts and float within hospital units.
• Must have reliable transportation to facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred, especially at Providence facilities.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
