Job Title

• Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Nights

Location

• Santa Fe, NM

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the specific age group served in the Emergency Department.
• Conduct initial assessments, prioritize patient needs, and develop individualized care plans within established standards.
• Re-assess patients systematically, monitor progress, and identify trends requiring intervention.
• Execute and document timely, appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures and maintain clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Current ACLS certification from AHA.
• Current PALS certification from AHA.
• Current TNCC certification.
• CPI or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of triage, trauma protocols, and acute patient management.
