Job Title

  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

  • San Antonio, TX

Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, Contract (13 weeks), Days Shift, Mon-Fri 0800-1630, with on-call every other week including weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures such as Bone Scans, Gastric Emptying, GFR, Meckel’s Scan, Renal, Lymphoscintigraphy Injection, Lung & Perfusion, and GI Bleed studies
  • Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment including GE 850, GE 830, and Brivo systems
  • Follow established protocols for patient preparation and safety
  • Adhere to unit policies and maintain high-quality imaging standards
  • Collaborate with the team to provide efficient patient care

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT Certification in Nuclear Medicine (NM)
  • Current Board Certification in Nuclear Medicine
  • Experience with basic scanning techniques
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with GE imaging equipment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Knowledge of advanced scanning procedures
