- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while following facility protocols.
- Monitor residents’ health statuses and document observations meticulously.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Maintain professional standards and provide compassionate resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Vermont LVN or LPN license.
- Own reliable transportation—public transit is limited and unreliable in the area.
- Ability to work the night shift (8.5 hours per shift).
- Commitment to working every weekend.
- Must have prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or geriatric patient care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
