Job Title

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while following facility protocols.
• Monitor residents’ health statuses and document observations meticulously.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain professional standards and provide compassionate resident care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Vermont LVN or LPN license.
• Own reliable transportation—public transit is limited and unreliable in the area.
• Ability to work the night shift (8.5 hours per shift).
• Commitment to working every weekend.
• Must have prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with elderly or geriatric patient care.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
