Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to emergency department patients at a 4:1 or 5:1 patient ratio
- Perform and assist with procedures including tPA administration, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care
- Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care
- Operate Philips monitoring equipment and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Rotate weekends as scheduled; no on-call requirement
- Collaborate with charge nurses, triage nurses, HUCs, and technicians to maintain efficient unit operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NIH Stroke Scale and TNCC certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Familiarity with Philips monitoring equipment
- Demonstrated positive culture fit with strong teamwork and communication skills
