Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume main OR setting with 23 operating rooms at a 1:1 patient ratio
- Assist with a broad range of elective surgical cases including Orthopedic, Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment alongside a staff of approximately 70 OR personnel
- Accurately document patient care activities using Meditech EMR
- Adapt to varying case types and surgical team needs while maintaining a flexible and professional approach
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care Operating Room experience (2 years preferred)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical cases
- Experience with Cardiovascular (CV) surgical cases
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
