Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Monitor patients using medical remote telemetry systems, Cerner Patient Observation, and other remote monitoring devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures such as Endoscopy, IR, and OR as needed.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or multistate license.
• BLS certification required; CMSRN encouraged.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in telemetry or med-surg settings.
• Proficiency with medical telemetry monitoring and electronic medical records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Leadership or charge nurse experience.
• BSN degree.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
